Pretty shady for a solar company. I've found that folks who cut corners make for bad business. These guys obviously believe that there's no need to keep current registration on their beater trucks, what else do they cut corners on? I guess you could ask them, except there's no physical address. Yep, pretty shady.

Steiner Solar has been keeping the solar panels for my pool up and running/repaired since 2005. Since I like my pool water Caribbean temp, I really appreciate their dedication. A special shoutout to Mike for excellent service.

We hired Steiner’s to installed both solar for our house as well for our pool. We could not be more pleased with how the whole process went. Steve was the most thorough when coming out to house. He inspected roof and shade to give us the most accurate proposal. He is not a pushy sales person, which is very nice to deal with. His small but seasoned crew was reliable and went over and above when doing the project. Very happy with how everything came out and is working.

Called them and left voicemail after they were closed and got a phone call the next morning. Steiner a sent technicians to troubleshoot my issue that same day. Very professional and amazed by how responsive and knowledgeable they were. Solar was installed in 2016 and they knew who I was and had my records in their system. Great customer service! Would recommend anyone who is looking for solar pool installation or any services done by Steiner.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

Its website also mentions free estimate, established and licence number, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

• It posts on Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Elk Grove is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
