Got hung up on by the “manager” when I asked for a callback to confirm they have received my complaint after 3 attempts, stating, “why would I call you back, that’s a service problem” Again, not good service being hung up on and talked over when my expensive system isn’t working

  I would give this company 0 stars if I could. We bought a home that had solar panels installed previously by Future Energy Savers. We were advised to get the panels recertified by the installer, Future Energy Savers, which we did for many hundreds of dollars. Fast forward 5 years and I call to request another inspection and they state that they have no record of our account and no record of payment for recertification.   I made it perfectly clear to the sales person that this has to be an off grid system. I confirmed this several times as well. The guy shows up an hour and a half late so I wasted my time sitting around waiting for him. Then he gets there with a lame excuse. We drive another 10 miles to the site and he tells me they don’t do off grid systems. I wasted 6 hours of my time getting up in the middle of the night to be on time for nothing. This is a very poorly run company. Find someone else to install your system

  I will start that when it works it works well. Sale was fast easy. $42,000 no financing. Installed 3 yrs almost to the day. Install was a bit of a problem. The back up battery could not be installed where we initially we told it would be. Then when it was moved to drive where new laws say you need a Ballard to block and protect batteries. Install done. Big yellow ballard sticking out in my driveway. So then we had extra wires because of location change they rolled them up and secured them to the wall. Positive they paint everything to mach stucco.   I have used Future Energy Savers back in 2023 to install my solar and battery system back before NEM 2.0 went away and they did an awesome job with the installation and the service when needed. Just this month, James reached out and said they were now providing Heat Pump HVAC systems and was in the neighborhood and wanted to talk to me to see if I was interested. Knowing I was on borrowed time with my old system, I set up an appointment to hear him out and was sold! Briana came over, answered all of our questions, and even helped us figure out the best place to install our panels.
