    Google info is wrong, hours of operation are wrong, google says store open, drove there, NOT open.. appointment only!

    I did not have the best experience with Dustin and Evelyn. Lack of communication were my main issue with their team. Field installers were great and very knowledgeable of the systems they install but the lack of communication from their office and lack of eagerness to get my project completed and finalized made it difficult to meet my project's dead line.

    I am not at all happy with this company! They are so unprofessional, they have changed my appointment twice and at the very last minute. I am very upset.

    Installation was great, and fairly timely, but communication was pretty lacking and inconsistent. Emails remained unanswered, and simple questions were ignored.

    They did their best to fix my solar panel as soon as they could. Lai was an excellent repairman and quickly confirmed the problem and fixed it. I also believe their rate was fair and they disclosed before coming out.

    Had an 8-1 window… he was here at 8. I needed to run a line to hardwire my WiFi, and he was cool enough to come back in an hour to give me time to grab a new 50’ Ethernet and run in real quick before he came back and hooked it up, and ran through all my updates and getting everything running back at 100% again. It’s nice to have. A good reliable company that continues to work with you well after the original sale. Glad I used 5 star for sure!

    I want to absolutely rave about this company and I honestly wish I could give more than 5 star for Dustin and his team. We had been trying to get solar going for 8 months with Project Solar/Freedom Forever and they just kept dragging us along without giving us any hope for an install date. 5 designs later and still no end in sight. And then they went under and we google for another solar company and we found 5 star solar and decided “what’s one more” and we got a hold of Dustin…and he not only kept his word from start to finish, but when SMUD did their inspection, the inspector stated that he
