ES Solar

Each mark is one company we hold in Sacramento whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. ES Solar is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

Customer service experience has been awful. I've had my power wall stop working twice. I followed the reset instructions on the app and it said it needed to be looked at by the installer (ES SOLAR). the Response time, communication, scheduling has been horrible. The first time it took about 3 weeks and I had zero communication from the tech that was going to investigate the issue. I told them to give me a heads up so I can be home in case they needed access to the wall. They ended up calling me last minute and I had to abruptly leave work. Now I have another issue. Tesla wall not charge, Disch

Terrible - Came out to check to see what I had and what they needed to do back in July. Twice SMUD came out to turn off my power when ES Solar & SePac Energy System, Inc had NOT inform me the home owner and the company wasn't even ready to start. Good thing my neighbor notified me or I would have been without electricity in the heat. Twice the company came out and found issues they had to research about my roof and their installation for the footing for the panels. Found out they could not do it and would not refund me my deposit of 2K. Wasted my time and money - took advantage of an elderly f

Unfortunately I had very bad experience with these guys, from overpromising to completely ditching my project and ghosting, not getting back to me. If you ever come across Lorenzo, tell him I say Hi.

We are extremely grateful to ES Solar for helping us install our Tesla batteries. The entire process was handled professionally, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. We would especially like to recognize Brock Glasmann for his outstanding support. Brock went above and beyond to help us every step of the way. He was knowledgeable, responsive, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure we had the best possible experience. What impressed us the most was his dedication to helping us receive every available rebate and incentive. He took the time to explain everything clearly and mad

Great experience from sales pitch (Raymond) to project management (Shea), installers and commissioning Tech (Jorge). Thank you so much for a professional, painless installation that will benefit me, the environment and my community.

Devin is great! Professional and explained well about the installation.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

• Financing

“for you. We'll walk you through your financing options, including any available incentives…”

• Warranty

“upfront Rate hike protection OEM warranty for parts 100% service coverage…”

• Years in business

“and Battery Backup solutions. With over 16 years of experience, ES Solar is a trusted…”

Its website also mentions free estimate and licence number, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

• It is also reviewed on Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
• It posts on LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
