I am very happy with Alaula’s service and intend to use him for the maintenance of my solar hot water going forward. I honestly wish he did more! He arrived on time, is professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly. Shared info with me on what to look out for going forward. I genuinely believe he is honest and has my best interests in mind. I would recommend him to anyone without reservations.

Alaula has come to repair our hale multiple times. He has repaired our solar panel for the hotwater, a supply line leak, and a regulator valve. He has the skill and customer service that is second to none. He showed up in a timely manner and has great communication, informing me what will take place before the work is done. Alaula is my families go to solar and water heater repair guy. Mahalo for all the great work and friendship that has developed through the continuing service.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Makawao is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
