They have been ignoring our calls and texts for a while. Getting these panels has been nothing but regret.

• 1★ · around July 2026

They are no longer in business and did not tell their customers. No one to work warranty issues.

Not the best experience being an authorized dealer, we submitted a few accounts and after the accounts were submitted and permits were submitted we were ghosted from the operations team and are getting no response from storm which is supposed to be our project Cordinator, we've been screwed from installers in the past... won't make that mistake again.

I attempted to install a solar system. I purchased the system from a different company online. The Wire diagram and instructions were very confusing. They tech-support was very hard to contact. I started reaching out to other companies for some helpful information. At first, no one would help since it was not their system. Then I contacted Allegiance Solar. Natt was so very helpful and went out of his way to help me. I would recommend anyone interested in solar systems to contact them first and save yourself some troubles.

Initial install was great in June 2023. My system stopped producing in August 2024. Team has been helpful, but getting parts has been a challenge for them.

Amazing, Matt handled everything amazingly… would go back any day!

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

• It is also reviewed on ConsumerAffairs and Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
