I worked with Johanna Porras and this experience has been an absolute nightmare. At first she was very kind and convinced me to use the solar panels from this company, and after, she stopped answering my phone calls. Our bills from Eversource are incredibly high, and everything they said about the panels is a bunch of lies. They are scammers and only want your money. The number they have on file is not even working. I would highly recommend looking for another company.

If I could give zero stars, I would! Do not buy anything from these people; this is a scam! Do not buy panels from Alliance or Johanna Porras; it's all a lie. Well, I don't even know where to begin. At first, everything was rosy. Agent Johanna Porras initially provided phenomenal service when selling us the panels, but be prepared: after two years, if you have a problem, she won't solve it. They lied to us when they sold us the panels. They promised us so many things, and one of them was that within our 25-year warranty, we would have one free removal of the solar panels. When I contacted the

So before I got my solar system installed I used to pay $75 - $100 a month for my electric bill, because I was put on an equal payment plan. Now with the solar system I pay around $300 to $350 a month in the winter time and $212 for the system in the summer , so you do the math! They tell you that you will get money from the federal government, and you get money from the state for going solar, that’s absolutely not true. It’s been almost a year and a half and I didn’t get anything. It’s just a bunch of lies. And when I called my sales guy for this issue his name was Alex, he said I don’t work

Alliance solar hands down has been attentive to my financial needs and the process of the installation was very smooth. I worked with Johanna Porras and she was great and always updated me on my installation process. Don’t regret choosing Alliance.

What can I say! Alliance Solar Hands down best solar company around. We have sat with many solar companies and its the same thing, a sales rep trying to make a sale. Talking to our sales rep Jake felt like We were talking to family. Very funny, personable and answered all of our questions, even checked in on our dog months after install. We knew we made the right decision going with Alliance because we weren't treated as just a sale, ill be referring anyone i know!

Well, since I contacted Johanna Porras, she was very clear and explained how the system works. It's been 6 months since the installation, and during the winter when it snowed, the panels obviously didn't produce energy. The bill came to around $60, but that's understandable. The 30% tax credit was also claimed and paid; there were no problems with that. From 6 months to now, the panels are doing what they're supposed to do, and the energy they produce has been credited to the account 😉 and will continue to produce energy.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.
What we don't know
- The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
- We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
- We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
- We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
