Its one and two star share is 8 points above the typical installer in Greensboro. Across North Carolina, 49 of the 130 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 110 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Dont work with them. Before signing with them they were calling daily, answering our calls to get our details. Once the contract was signed getting a hold of them became impossible. We are 4 months in and the panels dont work. They never came and removed the trees they said we're going to get removed so we could generate solar at 90%. Valeria is who I am referring to and Bryan. If we knew this was the service they were going to provide we wouldn't have signed up. Regardless they are in breach of contract and we will be responding to this with legal matter. Save yall selves the headache. Find s

They tried to sell me a 25-year contract. They said there was a clause that after 5 years, if I wasn't satisfied with the service, I could cancel it for a fee of $1000. Their salesperson lied about everything he said; the contract stated the complete opposite. Besides, they wanted me to sign it even though the installation takes 2 months, and they said I could only cancel it if the installation hadn't been completed! They use deceptive tactics to get you to sign, and then you can't get out of it in any way. Be very careful, they are liars.

my uncle had got installed maybe 6 months ago and took forever for permission to operate. And on top of that the panels was not producing power so we had to contact them and it took them 3 months to actually get back with us. Calls after calls and messages after messages but didn’t hear anything back. In my honest opinion poor customer service.

Very quick and easy process. Everyone responded quickly if I had any questions.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Greensboro is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
