Ed and Wendy are the best! Super helpful, great people, and an all around great company to deal with. And delivery person Brandon was courteous, professional, and put new heat pump exactly where is needed to go. Need more companies like this!

UPDATE 07/30/2024 --A representative called me to apologize for the information received by the initial customer service representative. Company voided the diagnose fee and provided the cost of the labor to install the screen that needed replacement and offer ETA to install. 3 weeks later a technician came and installed the part. I didn't give them 5 starts because it took a bad review to make things right BUT I acknowledged that wanted to offer a better service and keep customer satisfaction We got our unit 06/2021. Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
