They are not a solar installer. They sell your lead essentially to a solar installer. Your contract is with someone else. They stopped replying to my emails or choose not to respond to my calls. I signed a contract in Sept 2025 and its now April 2026 still not complete. The installer they sent me to was Freedom Forever that is now in Chapter 11 so the installer is now not answering any calls either. Basically, all the money down the drain and Babio essentially has done nothing to support this. Stay away...Pick a true solar installer. All they do is forward your lead to a solar installer.

Great company, price was right , my solar are on my roof cutting the cost of my electric bill and it is down by 3/4 percent. Liberty was the installer and did a fantastic job. Would recommend Babio. Thanks Babio

Glad to have Ramon R as my rep working on my solar project. I surveyed a few contractors, and Babio stood up and delivered the promise of beating the offer yet no compromise on quality. I can feel the experience and competence they have in the solar market

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

• Warranty

“in the USA with best manufacturer warranty Top solar panels Get our…”

• Free estimate

“FAQ 1. How can I get an instant free quote with a price that won't change…”

• 24/7 availability

“of each individual panel, with 24/7 monitoring. Modular batteries All…”

• Years in business

“solar and storage interests for over 40 years. With 700+ member companies, CALSSA…”

Its website also mentions better business bureau, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

• It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
• It posts on Instagram and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
