They are a very customer un-friendly business like returning calls, responding to complaints, etc they installed many of our panels on the wrong roof. So we only get about half the kilo watt hours we should. That will cost us many thousands of dollars. Their regional manager, accounting department and headquarters have not responed to us. I know some employees have quit and it loks like they have closed their Baton Rouge offce. I would not have made a contract with them if I had known then what I know now.

Will start off by saying the installation crew was great. Quick and easy. They did leave a mess, but it wasn’t very much to pick up. However, if you need to contact this company ever, if you have questions or maybe problems, goodluck. I’m convinced they’re contact us phone number just goes to nowhere. After about a minute with any of the 4 options it will prompt with “we are experiencing higher than usual call volumes” and you are forced to either leave a voicemail, or get hung up on. This is all times of the day, for two weeks. And the number on the contract isn’t any better. Just a cannot co

Although the install was good and it was ready to go, I had to threaten Entergy with a TV crew visit or a call to PSC to get Entergy to approve the installation in order for it to be turned on. 2 months after it was turned on, the production went to half. I was told it's up to me to monitor the system and report when it isn't producing, which I didn't know, so it has been low for some time. The manufacturer states that 19 microinverters aren't working and that I need to call the installer. Since Feb. I can't get anyone to come out, and the manufacturer states that I will have to pay someone, e

We mainly wanted solar because our area experiences frequent voltage drops during summer evenings. Since adding the system with battery backup, those interruptions barely affect us anymore. Last weekend the neighborhood lost power for hours while our fans, lights, and WiFi stayed running normally.

So far ; Looks great I ‘m excited to start working with the panels in high hope!

If you’re looking for Solar, I would highly recommend Green Light Solar. Make sure you ask for Dalton, as your electrician. His installation was top-notch and I would highly recommend him for your install. Although if you ever get a salesman named Chris Melendez, I would walk the other direction lol I am very pleased with how the system operates and Dalton’s communication throughout the whole process.

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
