  Just don't do it! If you are wondering if you should get solar panels from posigen or a salesman is trying to convince you it's a good deal.......... just say no. They will be ok with communication at first then after you get your panels you'll never be able to get anything else done.

  PLEASE READ ENTIRE REVIEW ITS ALOT OF BS!!! Absolutely the worst possible customer service I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve been calling every week for the past 6 weeks to get a technician out to my house to diagnose the system. I was informed today that there is a 6-8 week time frame to get a technician scheduled. Least they could’ve done was let me know that when I first called. Will definitely not be recommending. I’ve had this system for almost a year and never received any information for monitoring.   BUYER BEWARE!!! This company has misleading, deceptive and manipulative sales practices, with agents that willingly and fraudulently misrepresent the capabilities of their panels and the company has no accountability for the fraudulently business practices of their sales representatives. They claim your energy bill would be drastically reduced to the point your power company may be paying you for the use of the extra energy when in actuality they don't produce the energy they claim.   Some sort cuts on the a number of things, ultimately making for a longer install period. The efficiency contractors they use were likely the worst part. Literally have me things that I can not use even after telling them, then didn't cover the minimum amount of insulation that they suggested. I hope that doesn't utilize government funds or credits. Everything else long term is pretty good. Lastly, the referrals never get paid out, both side of our family's have referred numerous accounts that are installed and never seen a thing from it.
