Its one and two star share is level with the typical installer in the Mission Viejo area. Across California, 788 of the 1,529 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 14 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Each mark is one company we hold in the Mission Viejo area whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Belmont Energy is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

What reviewers said

  • 5★ · around August 2026

We had our solar and battery installed with Belmont Energy about a year ago. When we had it installed, our install became complex because of the placement of each device including the upgrade and relocation of our electrical panel. They were very professional and addressed all my needs throughout the whole process. The system is still performing well and to my expectations after using it for a year. I would highly recommend Belmont Energy!

A great experience from initial phone call to installation. Pricing was fair and explained clearly. I am very happy customer.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Warranty

“support_agent 25-Year Warranty Complete peace of mind on all…”

  • Licensed

“Southern California. Trusted, licensed, and locally owned since 2011.”

Its website also mentions free estimate, established, insured and licence number, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
