Its one and two star share is level with the typical installer in Mission Viejo. Across California, 788 of the 1,529 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 30 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Solar panels are starting to get popular, but I was really skeptical at first. Not alot of my neighbors have had solar installed, and I wasn't informed. When I met Matt Ruggia, he didn't just put me through a sales pitch, he really tried to educate me on solar and the benefits. He was also honest and straightforward with concerns I had. So far so good, my panels were installed, and the benefits are AWESOME and some of these benefits are specific to only Harness. We are loving our experience so far

Matt showed up to my door asking if I was interested in Solar Panels, which I was, but didn't know where to even begin. He walked me through some high level stuff like current electricity bill, but the way he handled himself is what sold me on the company. The conversation flowed super easy and casual. It was refreshing! The solar installation went smoothly as well. Keep up the great work!

So excited to now use solar energy in our Rancho Santa Margarita home. The solar panels were installed with great team, no issues. The process with the company from start to finish was so easy.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Mission Viejo is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
