Quoted me 15k over a competitor on a battery install. Literally 2x. 10k above two other vendors. Shameless money grab. Don't say yes to these guys until you price shop.

I obtained a quote (the lady was very helpful) but after that there was no real follow thru - I called and sent emails too. I am glad this happened before I placed an order. I’ll take my business elsewhere. Added a star - for the positive response to the post. The lady who provided me with the quote also called. Perhaps my experience was a one off.

The best service experience I have ever had. Blossom took care of the entire process from start to powerup with the power company. Both the office and field service was picture perfect. Communication was easy and complete.

Every interaction with Blossom was stellar, from our first call through our installation. The install team were punctual, cheerful, and skillful. We even heard them singing as they worked! Couldn't ask for better service!

We started our initial search for solar companies with recommendations from multiple friends who had gone through a similar search as well as online reviews. Of the initial five, we quickly narrowed it down to three. Of these, we chose Blossom because of their thorough approach, the multiple alternatives they gave us, their detailed explanations, honesty, fair pricing and personal attention. We wanted a local company that we know would be around for a long time, yet treat us personally. We have never regretted our decision. Paul, our salesman, was great at explaining all of our questions and g

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

• Warranty

“Actual savings will vary and are not guaranteed. Incentives eligibility may vary and…”

• Licensed

“backup power during outages. Our licensed electricians handle everything from…”

Its website also mentions free estimate, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

• It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau and Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
• It posts on LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Everett is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
