  So I bought a 12v battery with 24 month full warranty. Thus was for my 06 prius.i was having issues with it 14 months later. Took it In to have it checked out.The first question was have you had your alternator checked? No a prius does not have an alternator. It's charged from the hybrid battery I informed them. They said ok 3 days to test. Ok ill wait. I asked 3 days later not ready. I asked what's taking so long? We'll it's a cycle process so they haven't cycled it sufficiently for 3 days so I waited 4 more untill I was told it was bad. I asked for a new one. All they gave is new old stock.

  Brought my battery in for a recharge and to have them check if I potentially needed a new battery. The first guy that helped me pretty much told me what I already knew then told me my battery would be done, charged and ready to pick up by the end of the day. I called back about 6 hours later and was answered by a very rude impatient associate. All I wanted to know is if my battery was ready to be picked up. This guy left me on hold for about 10 minutes just to come back and tell me it won’t be done until the next day. There is a huge lack of care and customer service and a huge wait for someth

  They upsell on items you don't need. I specifically asked for an item, and sometimes unless it's a higher quality item I don't want a lesser quality product just because you guys have it in stock. If you don't have something in stock just say so...I won't be offended 🤦‍♂️ …

  Bro really hooked it up on god. Thank you to the employees here. I’ve purchased many batteries from this location. Always beats their competition prices. I didn’t pay to have my battery installed but, the employees still went the extra mile to make sure my car was programmed to accept the new battery. Will return soon I’m sure!!!

  The people that work at this store are very helpful and polite, the prices are good, they will do what ever they can to help you get what you need and installed , they are really great!
