Its one and two star share is 1 point below the typical installer in California. Across California, 788 of the 1,529 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 31 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

From planning the system to setting up the monitoring and everything in between... Tyler and all his associates were responsive and knowledgeable. They were able to answer all my questions in a way that was just enough technical to satisfy my curiosity and make me feel comfortable with my decisions. Great people, great system, great decision by us to do business with them.

Thank you for the great service on identifying a issue with my inverter and contacting Solar edge for warranty replacement. Thanks for the solution with the service contractor to install it in an expedient manner to get me back up and producing electricity again. Thank you Paul and thank you Tyler for your service.

Tyler is always responsive and easy to connect with via text or email. He is proactive in monitoring my solar system for potential issues. And he's a good guy!

Reviewer names are not published here. Negative reviews are shown first because they are the ones a listing hides, not because they are more representative.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Financing

“by solar technologies, rules, and financing options? Not sure who to call when something…”

Its website also mentions free estimate and licence number, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
  • It posts on Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. San Clemente is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
