Its one and two star share is 12 points above the typical installer in Apache Junction. Across Arizona, 40 of the 269 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 20 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Each mark is one company we hold in Apache Junction whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Burro Electric & Solar is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

The solar system in my home has never work well since the installation in 2021. I called and called, Burro Electric & Solar, I left messages no reply. I am paying two bills an average of $151 for the loan company called Concord and an average of $170 during winter and over $300 in Summer time To APS. I called APS several times in the past, they too gave me a lots excuses and runaround. now I am very frustrated.

Horrible after the sale. BUYER BEWARE! Can't even get them to show for their appointments or return a call. The worst

  • 1★ · around August 2024

Horrible! Don’t even think about going with them! Going bankrupt, financially hurting, making me pay in full before system is fully installed and turned on! They are a joke! Stay away

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • 24/7 availability

“guaranteed energy output with FREE 24/7 system monitoring Ask us about how we…”

  • Established

“which has been in business since 1978. We opened our solar division after…”

  • Years in business

“built to be durable and long-lasting. Over 20 Years of experiance Why Us? Over 20 Years!”

  • Licensed

“throughout the year. Work with licensed solar installers in Los Angeles to…”

Its website also mentions warranty and free estimate, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It posts on YouTube and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Apache Junction is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
