Capitol Solar Energy

Each mark is one company we hold in Wheat Ridge whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Capitol Solar Energy is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

Well, first of all, I had one of your contracts lie to me and said he owns the company. He left me with a live wire for months ago and it’s still alive. I will never use this company again claim He was the owner of the company. Every time I called to complain. He answered the phone.

The owner Lauren is absolutely vulgar. I couldn’t believe the way he spoke to me on the phone in regards to an issue I had. I hope nobody else will be subjected to that.

Terrible customer experience. They came out and took off the panels immediately so the roofing contractor could get his money, but they took 3+ months to come back and finish the job, which cost me $170/mo. Then they had the audacity to call and complain because they weren't paid immediately, even though it was their workers that didn't pick up the check we left under the mat for them. I do not recommend this contractor and will not be doing business with them in the future. Edit: Owner was extremely rude to my wife and demanded full payment before the solar panels were reinstalled on our hous

We built a new home at 7,300 ft in Indian Hills. The Capital team did a great job explaining our options, suggesting a system, installing it, & getting it all up and running. They did BOTH our thermal solar and in-floor hydronic / domestic hot water systems. Bruce has even given me some technical assistance on system settings and maintenance 2 years after the install. UPDATE: After living in the house now for 5+ years we have found some issues that needed attention. Some zones too hot, some too cold, etc. Since I am an engineer, I figured them out and the system is working well now.

Kieth at Capitol Solar Energy is really on top of solar thermal and I hope I never need to use anyone else. CSE installed and has maintained my system since 2007. Dealing with them has always been easy and successful. Can't say enough good about this company!

Capital Solar has worked on a number of jobs for me. The owner's are delighted with the quality of the product and I, as general contractor really appreciated their attention to detail and their working with me on the schedule. They arranged to have the home heated during construction which was a huge help to us. I recommend them highly!

My husband and I are very pleased that we chose Capitol Solar Energy Company LLC to handle the removal and replacement of our solar panels, so our hail damaged roof could be replaced. The workers did an excellent job. Our dealings with Mr. Laurent were completed in a timely and professional manner. We are happy that they did not charge a penny more than their original estimate. Thank you for a job well done. Ida and Joseph Lash

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

• Years in business

“with economic viability. With over 40 years of experience in systems design,…”

Its website also mentions established, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

• It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Wheat Ridge is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
