  Cash deposit since 2023 not returned Sept 2023 did a cash contract with Castle Energy for my new home . Cancelled it in Oct 2023 . Gave them $11,409 cash and to date 6/16/2024 has not been returned . In good faith I have it to them . JR Castle promised a refund in 2023 in writing several times . In 2024 we have sent certified letters , Ignored. We have a letter from them stating by May 27 Th the deposit would be returned . It’s 6/19/2024 no money. They have been excluded to use large Solar Lenders. They owe many vendors. Roofers and so many more . Do not engage with this company . I could give

  Don't answer the phones Takes months to schedule anything Every time you call, you will have to leave a voice-mail. Literally had to go to their physical location to get any assistance. Reached out a dozen times for same issue. They look like they are losing customers and buiesness so much, they might even close.

  They put up solar panels and after the installation , I found out in two rooms none of the sockets in those rooms were working, electrician came and said that they used to long screws and much of hit the rooms on that floor. Been calling and they are not responding to me, so what am I supposed to do about the eight sockets? They were working before I got the solar panels.

  My system came defective at first. It took 5 months for Castle Energy to get a new monitoring system and have a tech install it, which was prolonged because of Covid. Since then, it's been running fine. However, I referred a neighbor, and Castle Energy sent the referal check. However, it bounced, and I got a fee from the bank. After 3 months of calling, all I got was people dodging me and giving me false hope that it's "in the mail." Their customer service and referral program is awful and cost me my own money. Update: JR Castle, the owner, reached out to me and made right by the referal, so I

  Very well-run organization from the beginning of the process to the installation. Sales staff is knowledgeable about their products, their price was reasonable and the installation was quick and easy. They communicated every step of the way. Very professional. I would highly recommend.
