Its one and two star share is 18 points above the typical installer in New Jersey. Across New Jersey, 41 of the 237 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 5 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Contribution is the best! They removed three city trees that were ruining my roof. Everyone told me NO! They told me they couldn't cut down city trees. But Contribution supported me and got the job done! They completely updated my main electrical panel, redid my roof, removed the trees, and put beautiful panels on my roof. They also called me during tax season to make sure the government would pay me for my panels! They are the best!!!! edit: 1 year later they still reach out and ask if I have any questions and concerns. Brandon is that guy!

Contribution did what others could not do. First of all, I just want to say how professional and informative Contribution is. My consultant Brandon was professional, honest and wasn't sales aggressive unlike other solar companies I had sat down with. He made sure everything we had discussed was clear and 100% true. They listened to my concerns about my main panel box and my roof, which they replaced both before installing the solar panels. Their consultants and workers did a very good job! Thank you, I could not be happier.

Contribution is an exceptional company that truly embodies professionalism, helpfulness, and excellence in customer service. From my personal experience, their team has consistently gone above and beyond to assist customers and ensure their satisfaction. Their attention to detail, prompt responses, and willingness to address any concerns or questions make them stand out from the rest. I highly recommend Contribution to anyone looking for a company that is not only professional but also genuinely cares about their customers.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
