Its one and two star share is 3 points below the typical installer in Colorado. Across Colorado, 122 of the 216 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 7 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Dylan and his crew are awesome! They are smart, hard working, and will think outside the box to provide you a good solution. In my case, none of the established solar providers or roofing companies would even consider taking on a project to install a netting structure over my solar panel to protect them from golf balls. Dylan and his crew jumped on it and built the structure without hesitation! The structure has so far withstood 2 years of Colorado sun, winds, and snow and no more broken solar panels. Highly recommend!

I have used DZ Renewables over the past couple of years and I have been very happy with Dylan’s speed and knowledge. When I move in the future, he will always remain my solar guy! I am happy to give my highest recommendation!

Dylan and his Team have successfully completed two off-grid projects for me and I’ve observed them perform another one with my neighbor. These people are “Professionals”. They were punctual, respectful of our property and cleaned up after the project. They fully understand, and demonstrate, the concept of “Customer Service”. Their knowledge of off-grid power concepts, wind and solar, is beyond that of their competitors and that is why they’ve done multiple jobs for me and my neighbors. They “listen” and are always available to discuss the project and provide recommendations to save money, time

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Established

“off-grid properties across Colorado since 2020. Fast, reliable, and fully licensed.”

Its website also mentions financing, free estimate, better business bureau and licensed, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Estes Park is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
