    I've been asked to do this evaluation for Rami Omar. I will be explicit when comments are about his service and communication and about my overall feelings about Solar SME. I believe it is important to be clear about these distinctions. Mr. Omar has been very patient and very communicative throughout the entire process of this solar project, from the sale all the way through the installation right up to the final switch flip to put the system online (this last step has not yet been completed). this has been a long process, and Rami has been sympathetic to some of my frustrations over this enti
