These guys sent an "expert technician" to my house to give me a presentation. The expert came to my house looked square in the eye and lied to me for an hour. When I asked about lightning striking the panels I was told the lighting will go through my meter makeing the meter spin backwards, then it will go back on to the power lines saving me money. All of that is obviously a lie. I was also told that Erus Energy is CPS Energy's preferred provider. So I called CPS Energy and asked them about it and CPS Energy told me that nothing will make my meter spin backwards, lightning strikes will not sav

The sales rep lied to us about everything thing and then we found out the contract was changed after signing and now we’ve discovered after making over 23 payments not one single late one we still owe the exact same balance we started with!!! How’s that??? This company is a scam and it’s time to start exposing them for who and what they’re really about!!! They’re scammers and using the whole state of Texas of refund and CPS name to get away with it and I’ve had enough of it!!!

Zero stars. I scheduled a service visit, and not only did they not show, they took the fee from my bank account. I am hoping they will refund me since they did nothing for me. I will update this review if they do, but I'm not happy at …

Only worked 1 day a week on installing the system. Took 3 months to get it done. Cost me $900.00 due to having my existing solar system turned off during that time. Failed inspections twice. I had to make payment on solar loan long before system was done. Unwilling to make reasonable efforts to make things right. Wont return phone calls. Recommend go anywhere else for business. I dont have a problem with mistakes that are made, but a company should take responsibility for it. 1Year Update Although we had issues with the installation of the system, I am happy to report that it has been working

Ryan came to the house to explain how the solar system works. he was very informative and courteous. He spent a great deal of time with us answering questions about the incentives also.

Katherine's proposal was excellent and very informative. This is my first time learning about and she was very patient and answered all of questions very clearly.

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
