We got this system installed. First the sales person lied about our savings ( there is none !) I tried to talk to them as soon as we had it. installed with my questions and concerns. Got the royal run around and at that point realized we got taken ! Three different companies rolled in one. No body willing to help or explain this to us. We are retired and they took advantage of us. Now we are on the lookout for a lawyer to get us out of this crap. We read we'll not be able to sell our house because of this mess. How can companies be so heartless and take advantage of older people. I'm in the pr

This company is the worst. They enroll you in a VPP program and drain your batteries when the batteries are supposed to sustain your house during the night. This has happened to us multiple times this year and sometimes we have been left with as little as 14% on our battery’s. Just the other day they took out battery charge down and we ended up losing power so we were in the dark. I have 4 batteries for PG&E PSPS outages and to make sure my house has enough energy to get through the night without being on the grid. We have complained to Eventbrite about this on multiple occasions and have cont

They will lie and claim it saves you money. All you’ll end up doing is paying a solar panel bill on top of your energy bill. So many lies it’s hard to remember them all. Now they are collecting our information and stated they will sell that too unless you request otherwise within 30 days of becoming a customer. Customer support can take a month to respond to your damage claims. Customer support is only open Monday through Friday business hours but their paperwork states contact them anytime for support. It’s a bunch of bologna and anyone I’ve talked to has not had a positive long term relation

I felt that I made the right decision to go solar after 2 long years of shopping for a system and finally just a plan (power purchase agreement). It was nice paying my contracted $249/mo for what my sales rep's manager called "the superior choice" having 23 panels and two batteries. This past summer was not as hot as the previous when after bills totalling over $1500 for July-August usage, I said I have GOT to do something! So with solar, I only had to pay SCE $95 (in August) in 2025. Then comes the 13 month settlement bill from SCE for $79. WHAT?? when I had an EEC Credit that was really a de

I am so impressed by the service and results of working with EverBrite. It feels good to know I am using solar for my power needs...a renewable resource.

EverBrite bought my contract shortly after I got solar for my house a few years ago and there have been no problems or issues once they got their site working properly. At first I was having a difficult time navigating it but now it is easy. Also,I like how easy the Enlighten site is to use and read and I like having the ability to change certain things if I want to.Overall I am very pleased that I made the switch to solar power.I saw a lot of comments talking about how EverBrite was a scam and so on. EverBrite wasn't who I contracted with so I can't speak on that but I haven't had any issues w

What the company says about itself
Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.
Financing
“need to include you. We design our financing options with competitive rates and tailored…”
Warranty
“isn't just a promise — it's guaranteed. Performance Guarantee Ensures your…”
Its website also mentions licence number, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.
Elsewhere
- It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
- It posts on LinkedIn and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.
What we don't know
- The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
- We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
- We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
