Its one and two star share is level with the typical installer in Indiana. Across Indiana, 32 of the 75 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 6 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

We recently had an off grid solar installation with Evident Solar. Words can not express the gratitude we have for the solar system they installed at our mountain cabin. They were a joy to work with as they listened to what our needs were for our project and they planned and implemented a wonderful system for our needs. They were professional but also fun to work with. We could not have found a better company to bring solar power to our mountain retreat. If you are looking for a company to install solar for your situation you owe it to yourself to contact this company. You will not be disappoi

Had a couple glitches with the installation, but got a quality system at a very reasonable price. They worked hard to make sure we were happy with the system. I have personally recommended them to neighbors.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • It posts on Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Richmond is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
