First American Solar

Each mark is one company we hold in the Glendale area whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. First American Solar is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

I am not certain about these 5 star reviews authenticity, they have continued to drop the ball on my end giving me quotes and contracts with tax credits and not installing the solar system AFTER tax credit eligibility. Months after delays we finally get installation this year with no more tax benefits, & yet we are still trying to get PTO permission to operate and still have not been cleared with SCE and still no change in electric bills. No instructions WHATSOEVER on how to monitor panels and battery. Left in the dark many times with questions unanswered and unresponsive on emails.

This team is good. Fair. Honest. Cooperative. Flexible. We had to make changes to our contract and rather than taking advantage, they were cooperative and fair. We appreciated it, we highly recommend them.

The best of the best. Service will not be beat. Just happy I got this done now.

Tony and his team were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain all the benefits I would be getting when switching to solar. The installation went smooth and everything finished on time. I recommend First American Solar to anyone wanting to switch to solar. Thank you!

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

• 24/7 availability

“energy faster than industry average. 24/7 Performance Monitoring Our advanced…”

Its website also mentions warranty, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

• It is also reviewed on Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
• It posts on Instagram and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
