Its one and two star share is 8 points above the typical installer in Glendale. Across California, 481 of the 1,529 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 13 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Every company we hold in Glendale, on one axis

Each mark is one company we hold in Glendale whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Sunistics Group is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

Just bad experience while working with them.. won't say more just because I have ethics.

Rob Evans is Top Shelf. Rob is on point, humble and does the right things, the right way, and in a timely manner. When you want it done the right way by someone you can trust - Rob is your guy.

The Sunistics team has been so helpful with us getting solar! They were honest and transparent about which route would work best for us and save the most money, and they seem extremely good at what they do. They go beyond the solar and gave us recommendations on other sources of energy savings to save on our electricity bill. The installation was a quick and easy process and we are so happy with our solar!

Referred to Sunistics. Very professional, they gave a thorough energy evaluation and education without charge which gave a great understanding of not only energy usage habits but also what to expect when considering Solar & Energy Storage. They even sent a very useful checkbox doc for things to look out for.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Established

“Memorial Park & Mortuary “Since 2016, system performance has been…”

  • Years in business

“into their operations. With more than 50 years’ experience in renewable energy and…”

  • Licensed

“and maintenance plan signed-off by licensed contractor. Compliance & Safety…”

Its website also mentions warranty, 24/7 availability and licence number, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau and Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
  • It posts on Facebook and LinkedIn. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.

Something wrong here? Tell us and a person will read it.
