Its one and two star share is 40 points above the typical installer in the Converse area. Across Texas, 43 of the 728 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 5 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

DO NOT USE THEM. Terrible service they have unfinished jobs in Utah but are expanding in Texas despite leaving their customers with incomplete work

I wish I could leave zero stars. I worked with Brant Waldrep in San Antonio and as soon as we handed him the money for our job, he never helped us out again. Brant insisted that the job was done but there were so many issues with his team's work and he refused to help my husband and I when we asked. We begged multiple times for help including photos of the issues but Brant stated that "the scope of work" was complete. We asked multiple times for an invoice so we could understand what we paid for and Brant would only ever send us the "approved scope of work" from the insurance. In this approved

I wanted a few renovations for my home and Bryce did a great job helping me with the design. I also got solar to make the whole project significantly more cost effective and now I save money every month on my electricity!

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

Its website also mentions warranty, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

    What we don't know

    • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
    • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
    • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
