  This company is TERRIBLE. They filed bankruptcy, but before that, they had my finance company OVERPAY them by $4,400, now the finance company says too bad and even though Freedom Forever has supposedly reorganized, it's impossible to get in touch with anyone and get it resolved.

  This is the absolute worst company!!! I spent 70k on a system that was improperly installed. We've found several leaks in my attic. I sent videos and photos back in February of '25. They've done nothing but make broken promises. I was told by Bianca (regional manager) that they would find a resolution and repair my roof. Once they realized how bad of a job their crew had done, they sent out a crew to tarp my roof. That was six months ago. My house looks terrible! Then, they came out and removed the solar panels 4 months ago. I was told that I am expected to continue to pay for a service I'm no

  Freedom Forever's solar panels are a scam. Our home, the home of Donald (84 yo) and his spouse, Kai was first approached on or around 2/6/25 regarding the promotion of Freedom Forever's solar panel program. On or around 2/6/25 when the sales representative, Joshua, on behalf of Freedom Forever first introduced himself and the company, Donald was home but Kai was not at home at the time. Joshua explained that Freedom Forever's solar panels would be installed and provided for at no cost to us due to a grant that would cover the expenses.   Since I posted this review, nothing has happened to solve my problems. I’ve just been given the runaround from one department one company to another. But I did find out was that the electric company SCE has a hand in the designing these systems. Given my experience with these companies beginning with Freedom Forever I would recommend that you stay away from these companies. As far as I can tell, they’re a scam to help the electric companies.

  I am a customer for a number of years. Whenever I need help inquiring about any detail, the representatives are able to help. I feel like they are very professional and knowledgeable of what they have to offer.

  On, the whole, I've had a good experience with Freedom Forever. PG&E seems to be the major hold up. First, it took well over a month for them to come out and do their switch of the meter. Then, after the final inspection, paperwork showed an incorrect meter number, slowing the process again. Oddly enough, this was caused because the meter number wasn't updated when PG&E swapped out the meter. The panels were installed 1/6/26 and the solar still isn't switched on.

• It is also reviewed on ConsumerAffairs and the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
• It posts on YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, X and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.
