Agreed to work based on a clear scope and price. After the job started, extra charges were added, the work wasn’t done as described, and the company kept changing its explanation instead of fixing the issue. I wouldn’t recommend them.

Update: Loud noise from roof. Pipes just came loose after third repair and slid partially down the roof with the mats. There is NO emergency number or service. We’ve asked repeatedly to speak to the owner of the company with NO call back. Horrible service. Repairs not working. Now concerned about roof damage. You can see where the large anchor screws have ripped out of our roof. Second update: Panels and piping repaired, one mat replaced. Roof and turf still stained from all the water that leaked. No offer or solution to clean either. And still never heard from an owner or manager through this

I would like to warn prospective customers about this company. I originally had a very nice experience with them, but that has turned very sour. I signed up for a complete solar package of thermal for my pool and PV for my home back in October of 2022. It is now the end of June of 2023 and the PV project is still incomplete. The thermal was installed immediately after signing the contract and my pool is nice and warm during sunny weather, but the PV was delayed because it needed inspection and permits from the city. Celestial Solar got permit approval from the city quickly, but allowed the GWP

They were responsive and efficient. My system needed replacement and they had a reasonable price. The installers were great and did a fantastic job. Once completed they showed their work, explained the operation of the system, and then did a final walkthrough. Very professional. I highly recommend.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

• Warranty

“to install. Who do I contact for the warranty on my system after it is installed?”

• Established

“the best quality products and service since 2001 . We are the solar & water…”

Its website also mentions free estimate and insured, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

• Google also lists this company under pool service and roofing. A company that does both roofing and solar can handle the roof work a panel install often needs.
• It posts on X, LinkedIn and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
