The representative, Santiago, that sold us the system disappeared and won't answer his phone. STAY AWAY. Do your research, no idea how they have a 4.5 rating. Go with a different company.

  This is the worst solar company you could possibly work with. Customer service is unreachable and the company is so incompetent that I have repeatedly had to do their job myself, like getting permits, getting a dumpster removed, and most recently, chasing down the code for why they failed inspection, which is because they installed the solar batteries in the wrong place. The inspection failed weeks ago and they still refuse to deal with it. My system has been installed since December, and now, almost 4 months later, I still can't use it.   Sales person initially was very helpful, However, after my site inspection, communication was substandard. Long story short I was later informed he no longer worked for the company inspired of the fact that he still took my calls There appears to be poor communication between Sales and Installation.
