Its one and two star share is 1 point below the typical installer in California. Across California, 788 of the 1,529 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 7 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Hi there i just wanted to write a short post about the amazing experience I had with Fusion SolR installing my roof solar system. The experience from start to finish was a breeze. I first met with Jenea the sales rep and she was very knowledgeable, polite and patient explaining the whole process. After we met with her we were confident that we wanted to work with this company. The day the crew came to install they were very quick and professional, and completed our project in the amount of time they promised. Even the owner John showed up to make sure the installation went as expected. We pass

I recently had solar panels installed by Fusion Solar and overall, my experience was positive. From the start, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and walked me through the entire process, ensuring I understood my system and the potential savings. Which is ALOT. If you’re considering solar, I’d recommend Fusion Power. It was a smooth process! So glad I went with them after doing my research.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

Its website also mentions years in business and licence number, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

    Elsewhere

    • It is also reviewed on Yelp and the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
    • It posts on Instagram and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

    What we don't know

    • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
    • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Lemon Grove is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
    • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
    • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
