  Sales guy came in, quoted everything out and promised the world. Every timeline given was off. Stated there would be workers for about 2-3 days to get everything done, project is still going 7 months later. He disappeared about 3 months in. I cannot get a response from him anymore. Both my wife and I have reached out trying to get anything. Also, I still have an electric bill. Not just fees, an actual usage electric bill. The whole purpose of paying 6 figures in loans was to eliminate my bill almost entirely. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. I am hoping that this review isn't the w

  ***9/15 Update Please read below ****I would like to say that I spoke with over 10 solar companies and listened to the sales pitches and promises only to go on the web and find a lot of negative comments regarding customer service and product. I personally dealt with the owner Ethan Billions. He was very straight forward, no sales pitch and was sincere in his pursuit to help us. The pricing was great and we went above and beyond to get us the best pricing for our budget. He delivered on every promise.   Friendly, knowledgable, ethical, responsive -- these folks are absolutely excellent! This is the best experience I've ever had in buying something important for my home. From the initial conversations to the day of installation, they were consummate professionals and repeatedly went the extra mile. I recommended them to my mother, and she's having the same positive experience!

  I had been debating the switch to solar for awhile with my ever increasing power bill. I even met with multiple solar companies but just did not feel the timing was right. Ethan was very insightful during our meeting, did not pressure me, and answered every question I had! I decided to make the leap to solar and I am so glad I chose to do it through Green Balance Energy!
