    I've called this place multiple times a day for 2+ weeks with a simple request. No answer, no response. I'm only dealing with this company because the company who installed my solar panels transferred the contract. My experience so far, I would say to stay far away and use someone more reputable and that actually talks to customers

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I would give them zero stars if it was possible. My solar installer, PE Solar, is no longer in Florida so sent me to this company when I had issues with my inverter in November 2025. I paid them the fee to come out and I had problems from the beginning getting them to even schedule someone to take a look at the system. When they finally did come out they determined a part had to be replaced under the manufacturer warranty and that I had to pay them again to come out to install it then never would schedule someone. After several months of trying to get someone out they

    I’ve been trying to contact Green Energy Solutions for over a week with no response, despite multiple calls also by email. I was referred to them for servicing after my solar panel company P.E Solar went bankrupt, but I’ve seen so many similar complaints about lack of communication. If this continues, I’ll be forced to contact the Better Business Bureau.

    Spoke with Amber regarding some questions I had and that I wanted to learn, she answered everything and was very nice and informative! 10/10 would recommend this company! Very honest and helpful! Thank you Amber and your wonderful team!

    I had to have my roof done and Amber's team performed a panel reset once the roof work was completed. Panels back up, everything working great...very happy with the service and I really appreciated the excellent communication too. Highly recommend.

    We had a great experience, Our solar company went out of business and we didn't know what to do so we called Green Energy Solutions spoke to Joslyn and she had a tech out they were able to cover the parts under my Warranty and save us a lot of Money Next week we are getting our solar panels cleaned :) Thank you!
