  My original review was 5 stars. I am updating it to 1 star. I have had 4-5 failed inveter plugs. They melt, they "unplug" in the wind, its been ridiculous. As a result, I am not 100% offset like I am supposed to be. I will never get solar again this has been a nightmare. Will go to BBB next if this isn't reaolved.

  I'm a well informed price shopper, because PV systems are basically commodities, and I owned one by Sunrun when I was in CT. Yes, there is customization, but all the hardware is cookie-cutter or standardized, even the permitting process is almost automatic. If you can sell & install one system, you can sell 500 more using the same template. We negotiated[1] a good price, which wiggled up[2] by ~10% while the commodity prices of panels & inverters was falling.   In the last quarter of 2025 we had an excellent experience from start to finish with our solar panel and battery backup installation. KC was outstanding—knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. He took the time to clearly explain our options, answer all of our questions, and design a system that truly fit our home and energy needs.   We had the Solar panels and Power Walls installed in late 2024. KC's team with Cliff and crew did a great job with follow through and good communications coordinating everything as promised. I had one issue with the power wall wireless communication that was resolved quickly without any further problem. You can count on this company to install your solar system as promised.
