    UPDATE: OUR NEIGHBOR HAD AN ISSUE WITH OUR UNICITY SOLAR INSTALLED THE SOLAR TO THEIR PANEL. THE PANEL ACTUALLY CAUGHT FIRE. HOWEVER, UNICITY DID THE RIGHT THING AND CORRECTED THE ISSUE. NOW, MY MAIN BREAKER Kept TRIPPING RECENTLY. MY ELECTRICIAN CAME OUT AND ADVISED IT WAS THE SOLAR INSTALLATION. HE HAD TO REPLACE THE MAIN BREAKER AND DISCONNECT THE SOLAR. I HAVE REACHED OUT MULTIPLE TIMES VIA EMAIL AND CALLS WITH NO RESPONSE. UNICITY NEEDS TO INSPECT THE CONNECTION AND RECONNECT THEIR SERVICES. FOR NOW THIS IS AN ACCURATE REVIEW OF THEIR SERVICES. DO BETTER AND RESPOND TO YOUR CUSTOMERS. I h

    I loved this company at first and had no problem with them until they came around a second time. Luke McDermott sold me on a second system with the promise of a storage option for power outage times. That was the only reason I signed up for more panels, I would have never leased more panels I feel so ripped off. I wish I could turn back time but now I'm stuck. I dont normally leave negative reviews but when phone calls and text messages get unreturned I find it very unprofessional and others should know about it.

    The guy I talked to was cool, I told him I would call him when a time was good for myself and my husband to talk to him. Told Him if 2 gray cars are on the property,means we are home. TWO nights in a row he has shown up to my door at 8:17pm and now just today at 8:40pm. When he came to my door the first time,he saw my two children under the age of 4. Why would you RANDOMLY show up at someone’s house at that hour and ring my door bell and knock on the door? No longer interested in this service.

    Kody stopped by on Sunday and i have to say it was an excellent time, Kody was informative, friendly, and kind. He made things quite a bit easier to understand! When i choose to do business with the company it will be with and because of Kody!

    Carlos and Andres were great. Alway talking the truth, reality no like others, many others from all walks of life, promising just to close the sale. The main reason I close my deal with Carlos is due to his honesty and integrity, period. I believe me, I received more than 7 salespeople, from more than 5 companies, and did not trust any of them. No transparency. I know because I did my homework for months and spoke to my neighbors. This is a new community. So hands down, I recommend Carlos and Andres. Mostly post sale they always take your calls if you need to.
