    This is that me of the most incompetent companies I have ever worked with. Started the process last July with installation supposed to be completed by October/November. The sales rep assured me by text and emails that the job was going as planned. As it go closer the middle of October the rep stopped responding to me other than to tell me his wife/kids were sick and he would have to get back to me. October passed and he messaged me that he had news on my project but again his kid was sick and would call me later. He never called. Contacted the main office and they said that the project was nev

    Since my system was “repaired” Nov 20 2025, 11 panels have continued to be down. Despite phone calls to tne company every week or two, always with a promise to schedule another service call, I am still waiting for someone to address this situation and am paying my Electric Company for energy my panels should be have generated all of this time. Very disappointed in Solar Energy World.

    This company is the epitome of sell, sell, sell, and consequences be damned. During the sales process, I heard from them every other day. Once we signed, crickets. They came and installed the system, but their installers didn't follow the wiring plans that were submitted to the city, so we failed our first inspection due to the Solar Energy World's installers not following their own engineers plans. They had zero sense of urgency in getting an tech out to fix the issue and even less urgency to schedule the re-inspection. From the first inspection to final passage was an entire month, when the

    Started process in May. In October we are still waiting for permits to turn on the system. However, to be fair, Hurricane Helene happened in between.

    I had solar installed a couple of months ago after a long conversation with Travis, our coordinator and he was a delight to work with. Explained everything so I could understand what I was purchasing and why. Set up the install promptly and the crew that was sent were excellent. They also were very patient to explain answers to all of our questions during the process. I would come back to Solar Energy World in a heartbeat without any hesitations. Thanks to you all!

    Travis Kent my advisor was fantastic. He answered every single question I had from financing to installation. He has answered every text that I have sent him even at night and weekends. Solar energy world has so far met and even surpassed my expectations.

    I would like to say how wonderful Seff was in resolving a problem with Climate First Bank. He ensured the Bank didn't charge me excess closing cost . He went out of his way to make sure everything was worked out in my favor. I would definitely recommend Solar Energy World to provide all my energy needs...great company.
