Its one and two star share is 6 points below the typical installer in Tampa. Across Florida, 371 of the 675 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 41 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Every company we hold in Tampa, on one axis

0% rated 1–2★15%

Each mark is one company we hold in Tampa whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Powersol USA is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

What reviewers said

Powersol is an exceptionally dedicated and customer friendly company that I would recommend to anyone thinking of going solar at a competitive price. From the proposal to flipping the bi-directional switch, the professional staff was courteous, focused and gave it their all. The installation crew made sure they finished by the end of 2025 even though they hadn't taken time off for the holidays. That made the tax credit available, which really helped. And Vanessa, project manager, was a delight to work with on all administrative, financial and power company requirements. Answers to all question

Powersol was able to "adopt" our orphaned system after our installing company's bankruptcy. They replaced failed parts and upgraded our system using the solar panels already installed and adding to it to increase performance to reflect our actual electricity use. Highly recommend Powersol as a caring, capablely managed solar company.

This was a 27.58 Kwh using premium REC panels with a 45 Kwh battery backup. One of the top tier systems in the area. Great install PowersolUSA!

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Years in business

“on your yearly utility power bill. Over 20 years this results in considerable savings.”

Its website also mentions free estimate and licence number, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on Yelp and the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
  • It posts on Instagram, X and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
