Its one and two star share is 73 points above the typical installer in Florida. Across Florida, 7 of the 675 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 12 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

These guys are crooks and frauds. When you try to call the company nobody answers and nobody calls back I'd you leave voicemails. Our system is saying "fault" and we're trying to get in touch with someone to honor the warranty but ofcourse no answer. Do not go with this company. They take your money, leave you screwed with shotty panels and system, and you're left in debt feeling regret from being scammed

CONSUMER BEWARE!!! They keep taking this review down. This company has committed grand larceny and has stolen $10,000's from customer deposits and contractors. Please stay clear from these thieves and incompetent installers. They ruined …

Guessing I fell into the scam side of Green minded solar. They were quick to get me to buy. No site analysis with me so i didn't understand why the panels were being installed in the location they chose. Got that straightened out. Power company installed interconnect meter. Switches turned on yet all power still coming from power company. So now I'm paying full power bill and payments on equipment. And dont you know they wont answer my calls or texts.

If you're looking to update your home or business to solar powered, absolutely try Green Minded Solar! I've worked with Preston and he has been nothing short of fantastic! This company, as well as Preston, has been professional, honest, and extremely helpful in explaining how the entire process will work. They will design, produce, and install everything start to finish, the process is smooth, and they are more than willing to go the extra mile to meet all of your needs!

Everything went very well -- 2 years into using the system; and 2 rainy seasons later, no roof leaks, no problems: we only had one reporting issue caused by our pool pump. Green Minded Solar came onsite and fixed the problem quickly. Very happy with the system and the savings. Highly recommended.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau and Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Plant City is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
