  UPDATE: Sunrun replied asking me to email their resolutions department which I did but haven't gotten a response. I did however, get a notification on the app when I got up yesterday morning saying I now had an installation appointment for Aug 19th instead of Sept. 9th. Raquel then emailed me hours later asking me to confirm the new time. I responded confirming the time and inquiring about getting a credit for the month I've had no service. I haven't gotten a response. As of right now, I'm still feeling a 1 star is appropriate. I do not recommend this company at all. I was originally told my s

  Where to start? It could be the thousands of dollars of damaged shingles upon installation. It could be that they outsource their customer service to India and you cannot understand anyone when they/you call. But I think the worst part of my experience is that I sold my house and they're still billing me for the panels. They call me everyday for my "late payment". I have told them EVERYDAY that I sold that house and that the transfer paperwork was completed along with the transfer of mortgage. I'm sure there are good solar companies out there.   We had a great experience with Sunrun during the installation and the first 10 months, unfortunately 10 of my 30 panels quit working with no output. Took Sunrun 8 months to notice that something wasn't working. During that time I used all my credits and started having to pay my power utility company monthly for power used. Was also paying Sunrun for my monthly lease. Emailed Sunrun twice suggesting I should get a credit of 33% for the 8 months I was not getting full output but never heard back from them. Once they noticed the issue they replaced the 10 bad panels in a couple of weeks and we ar

  Working with Solar Will was an amazing experience overall!! He explained everything from start to finish and answered all my questions his communication was excellent during the entire process. Most importantly this whole program was no cost to me at all and my most recent TECO Bill was $20 10/10 recommend

Most importantly this whole program was NO COST to me at all.
