  If I could give less then 1 star I would. I have had NO satisfaction from anyone in this matter and have already spoken to a Lawyer and have contacted 8 on your side to see what my next steps are. Shine Bright sold me the system with a promise of Lower electric bills and they also told me they would make my first year of payments for me. So far NOTHING has happened my first year of payments have not been made and according to TECO my system is not producing the amount of energy the system should be, and my electric bills are about the same as they were before the system was installed.   Too many mishaps, delays due to wrong design, didn’t have the right tools for some electrical work. All workers did a good job. Just took too long to.
