  Record all conversations with them, especially when they go over payments. Triple read all documents. Don’t let them rush you through e-signing on a tablet. We’re stuck with a higher loan payment then what was originally promised and solar panels that don’t cover our electricity bill.

  The sales team will treat you like a priority right up until you sign the contract—but the moment the ink dries, they completely ignore you. I tried getting a callback from their customer service team and the experience was absolutely horrible. Once they have your money and your signature, you no longer matter to them. ​The only exception to this mess is Paul from service. He is, without a doubt, the most reliable person I have interacted with here. The rest of this team needs to take lessons from him on how to actually treat customers.   Kevin was very thorough, he made sure we understood the program before signing up and he was very courteous the whole time. However, after the sale communication went silent. And I had a horrible experience with one of their supervisors over the phone. A few months after installation I found out the wiring was was not done properly causing 10 of my breakers to trip and burn out. When I call for a technician to come out they told me it would take 24 to 48 hours to get a response, after 48 hours and they told me it would take 7 to 10 business days before a technician can come and look at it.   ***EDITED REVIEW*** I’ve been meaning to edit this review since I left it years ago. Our solar system works well. We’ve had no issues with roof leaks and my power bill is mostly gone. What I think buyers should beware of is that this company sits and makes you write them five star reviews while they watch. They also do not fully deliver on all promises - I was told that our first year of payments for our system would be paid for by SunVena. Our sales rep showed up with a check the day of our install, but the written amount of the check (i.e., “two hundred dollars and twenty-three cents,”) did

• It is also reviewed on ConsumerAffairs. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
• It posts on YouTube, Instagram, X and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.
