We referred them to friends in order to install solar panels. They told my friends they would receive a sign up bonus for $1000- which they did not. But what made it worse was they left holes on the roof and took months in order for them to respond for them to only tell them they do not claim responsibility. So my friends had to get another roofer to fix their roof. Overall horrible experience, unprofessional, and lack customer support.

My solar that Greenspire installed has not been working and I have tried to contact them and they have not gotten back to me. It has been almost a year now that I have tried to get ahold of them.

I was told that if I referred a friend, I would receive a 1000 check as a refferal bonus. Well, I referrred a friend, he got solar, and I still have not received said check. I'm wondering if there is anyone else as there that has had the same experience? If so, contact me so we can look into filing a class action lawsuit. Greenspire, you could just pay me my money and do the right thing. If so, I will glady remove this review.

I needed solar so many years ago and was hesitant who to go with. I liked what they had, made me aware of the programs and same day I signed they had already sent someone to check if my house would be a good fit. Excited to get my panels soon.

My experience with Greenspire has been very smooth and very professional. 10 times better than SDGE.

They had the best program for us and it was done quickly and professionally.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
