Its one and two star share is 28 points above the typical installer in Florida. Across Florida, 55 of the 675 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 23 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Nightmare contractor! Solar Panels came on and off the roof several times due to contractor lack of understanding of Miami-Dade inspection process. Countless broken roof tiles and electrical panels screws were stripped/ damaged due to lack of care by the goons hired by Hans Solar and NO supervision! Mosaic (finance company) paid contractor in full PRIOR to permit closeout or working system. Zero leverage and Mosaic was not helpful at all and loans payments were still due WITHOUT a working system. Owner was not motivated to complete the project. When I filled complaints with the BBB and here on

We have had a horrible experience with Han Solar! It took almost 2 years to get the solar panels. We still have not received all the panels. We have constantly been calling them to get the service done. We keep getting told they will come out here.. but nothing is getting done! We are still paying too much based on the panels we already have now. We have told them we are taking legal action. We still do not get any response! At this point we have been contacting a lawyer to pursue legal action. This is just unacceptable!

Nothing but troubles and we finally hired someone else who made it right but we're shocked at poor installation on Han Solars part. These are the people who give solar a bad name

J.R , Adrianna and Ahmad together made this re-roof and re-mount solar project work for our household. I highly recommend! Noah Bell

Junior and his team set up my solar panels about 2 years ago. It's been nothing but a blessing with energy prices increasing. My bill went from $400/mo to less than $20. I couldn't be happier with Han Solar.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on Yelp and the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
