STOP! CAUTION! BEWARE! Under no circumstances should you employ this company. They do not stand by their products. They will not work with you if you have any issues with your system. To begin with my system was not designed correctly. It never generated the amount of power that it was designed for. When I had issues with my system it took several months and dozens of daily phone calls to get them to address my concerns. When they changed my panels out for several new ones, the system still doesn't put out the contracted amount of energy. Not even close. I spend more money on electricity now t

Planet Solar Solutions has very bad customer service. It took almost 2 years from start to finish. They used a sub-contractor to do the work and were slow to respond and perform contracted work. They didn't even want to do all the work till I showed them it was included in the contract. I lost a year of manufacturer's warranty and they do not want to help. I would never recommended doing any work with them.

Planet Solor solutions has been one of the worst investments they have no customer service skills whatsoever. They lied. They said they would cover the warranty. The roof already has had two leaks. Can’t get a hold of anyone. No one pick up the phone. No customer service now you call the office number and there’s, no one there if somebody knows what I can do PLZ HELP

I would highly recommend Planet Solar Solutions. My solar panels are up and running and I’m starting to save money. The company was awesome to work with. They took care of everything and communicated well along the way, very professional company especially Tom Delahunty!

Fast install. Getting more power than I expected. And they use the newest EnPhase hardware and software, so we get the most functionality and features out of our system.

After shopping several solar companies I decided to go with Solar Solutions. My sales Representative Birney Boehland was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained the many benefits of solar energy and his presentation was concise, professional and made it an easy decision to go with his company. Installation was quick and painless. Now I am proud to be saving money and the planet at the same time. Thank you Birney and Solar Solutions.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on Yelp, ConsumerAffairs and the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Lake Worth Beach is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
