  Bad investment! Bad customer service! I WASTED my money, when allowed Harrimans to replace my 7 solar panels in 2021, after promised 10 years warranty! For every visit they charge $165.5+ And there are NO warranty on all 7 panels, after my tubing( connection) got loose after storm. Got yelled by Mr.Randy, he hang up on me, when I was asking questions, why I lost warranty on all my panels, even it’s on different side of the house, and only tubing on one side got loose?

  On 1/22/24 Harrimans Solar installed solar panels to add heat to my swimming pool. The first time the system turned on I heard a loud noise coming from the valve area in the back of my house. I contacted Harrimans, and advised them of the problem. It happens every time the pump turns on. They sent a person out on 2/7, and he said it was the check valve, and there was nothing they could do about it. I called them back on 2/9 to say I was not satisfied with their system. I was told someone would get back to me. No one has contacted me yet, and I do not like this system. Do not hire this company

  Simply put, on the 5-star scale, Harrimans is a 10! Harrimans went out of their way to correct a very poor original solar panel installation by a company now out of business. Harrimans operates with top notch values...professional, courteous, knowledgeable, skilled, with unwavering ethics and integrity. Look no further than Harrimans! Thanks to ALL the folks at Harrimans!!
