Well I felt like I was scammed, I sure wish the Governor can help people like myself. I have a system that just does not deliver what was promised. I would never recommend Expert Solar or Horizon or any solar company to anyone EVER. My home is 830 SF, with brand new AC and Insulation tint on the windows and weather striping on the doors to see my power bill at $200 + $130 for a 25 year balloon lease is crazy and no one is taking ownership of this or helping me for over a year. Now it seems like Horizon is out of business numbers disconnected website is completely gone and when you try to call

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

• It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
• —Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Englewood is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
