  I have had the worst experience with this company. They miscalculated the number of panels necessary for my home and after everything was installed and turned on they informed me that I needed to purchase 15 more panels! I will give them credit for discounting the price but now my loan payment is 180% what I was paying for power. Had the calculations been correct from the beginning I would not have purchased the system. In addition, there has been delay after delay.   Salesman was great to work with. Panel install team showed up at the scheduled time and installed the panels. The electricians however no showed for the install. I was told they would be out the next day to complete the install, they proceeded to no show again. I waited 2 more days and never heard from them or from Horizon so I called to figure out what was going on. They set up another appointment for me for Wednesday of the next week, which the electricians proceeded to once again not show up to. I called Horizon that afternoon and they told me they couldn't get a hold of them and would get

  Mike was very helpful at answering any questions or getting answers for us throughout the process. The process was done very quickly with getting our panels installed. There was some time delayed between the installation and the inspection. Due to scheduling issues between Idaho Power and Horizon it took a while before our system got to be turned on. There was some lack of communication about the status from Horizon during that time, but when we reached out to them everyone was very supportive. They were all determined to get us answers and get us results. Our system was up and running within

  My wife and I were on the fence about getting solar panels installed. Once we met Michael we were sure that it was a smart investment. Michael made the process really easy for us to understand and had a solid presentation which explained everything in great detail. Anytime we had questions he replied back within a short time frame and always kept it professional no matter what time of the day. I highly recommend Horizon Power and specifically Michael to help get the process started! Will definitely recommend to family and friends!

  Writing a long past due review, but I really wanted to get some time and experience beyond the initial install. So often reviews are posted before a person actually sees the benefits. I want to say that I went into the process without knowing a lot about Solar and I realize I still have a bit to learn, but I am surely seeing a favorable out come so far.
