    After two years panel fogged up. Contacted product support but they wouldn’t own it. Purchased 3M headlight cleaning kit to fix it myself. I won’t risk buying a product with their panels again.

    Very unhappy with this product. I had this panel out on a camping trip for 7 days in the middle of the summer and full on sun. I was running an Ecoflow power plant and only feeding a Snomaster fridge. This solar panel didn't even come close to 100 watts of output or input to the power plant. I tried every angle possible and it did not go above 98%. And it did that for a few minutes only. The customer service was also terrible. The owner would not return my calls and the one time he did, he gave me some poor excuse. He also said that it would keep my Ecoflow charged not problem. Not at all. Thi

    Amazing customer service, they spent over 40 minutes on the phone with me helping me diagnose my 7 year old second hand system that the previous owner had not set up correctly on my camper.

    Brian was extremely helpful with assisting over the phone to help me determine the issue I was having... He was able to get a shipment together that arrived the next day and I was able to install the new panel quickly before a planned outing. Thanks for saving the day!!

    Great products and great customer service. After a solar panel on my camper died prematurely due to faulty third party install, Bryan was very helpful at getting me setup for replacing and installing a new panel.
